1. General Refund Policy:


Refund requests for non-personalized products must be initiated within 14 days of the package's delivery to the customer.

- Refunds will only be processed if the product is returned in its original condition, unopened, and with the original external packaging intact.

- Personalized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they were delivered with a manufacturing defect or error.


2. Refund and Exchange Policy for Defective Products:


If a manufacturing defect or error occurs during production, the customer is entitled to:

- A full refund of the purchase amount without any deductions.

- Alternatively, the customer may request a replacement product at no additional cost.

- Shipping costs for returning defective products will be covered by Tuiste LLC.


3. Non-Refundable Conditions:


Products with opened or damaged original external packaging will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.

- Returns will not be accepted for products that are used, altered, or missing original packaging.


4. Return Shipping Costs:


For returns initiated by the customer (not due to defects or errors), the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

- Approved refunds will be processed after deducting the return shipping cost from the total refund amount.


5. Refund Processing:


Approved refunds will be issued via the same payment method used during the initial purchase.

- Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.


6. Exchange Policy:


In cases of approved exchanges due to manufacturing defects, all shipping costs (return and replacement) will be covered by Tuiste LLC.
